I/We, the undersigned hereby accept the standard conditions of agreement and indebtedness of Tele Internet (Pty) Ltd (hereafter called TELE INT PARYS INTERNET CC) unconditionally and hereby give authorization to TELE INT PARYS INTERNET CC to debit my credit/debit card OR Bank Account via DEBIT ORDER for the initial amount due as well as for future charges due under this contract on the 1st day of each month. I accept that accounts will only be activated after payment has been received in full. The debit order reference on your Bank Statement will display as: TELE INT PARYS INTERNET CC If for some reason my payment is dishonored by the Bank because of insufficient funds in my Bank Account I will pay TELE INT PARYS INTERNET CC the administration amount of R50.00 to process my manual payment and re-institution of my services. I agree to give ONE Months WRITTEN NOTICE in advance for cancellation, which will then be honored and done by TELE INT PARYS INTERNET CC else I agree to a penalty payment done by myself to TELE INT PARYS INTERNET CC for the amount of R 95.00 (incurred losses by PARYS INTERNET) if through my instruction the Bank ceases to process the debit order.
